REGULATION® GAZETTED,, The following regulations made by the Pharmacy Board of New Zealand, having been approved by His Excellency the Governor-General, were gazetted yesterday: Apprenticeship.—On ana after January Ist, 1924, it shall bo necessary for all oeiGons, before commencing a term oi apprenticeship in accordance with the Pharmacy Amendment Act, 1922, to produoe evidence that they have passed section A examination or have received a certificate of exemption under the hand of the hoard, or have passed the Matriculation examination of the University of New Zealand; and the hoard will not register articles in terms of regulations gazetted on December 3rd, 1908, until this regulation has 'been complied with. A fee of 5s shall he payable for registration of articles of indenture. Exemptions, Section A.—On and after - January Ist, 1924, a fee of 10s 6d shall he payable 'by all persons to whom a certificate of exemption from Section A examination is granted in terms of regulation 27 (3) published in the Gazette of October loth, 1914.
