RECIPIENT CHARGED. NO FALSE STATEMENT. Tlie hearing was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday of the charges against John Craig Neill of making a fabie statement in order to obtain a supplementary war pension. It was alleged that when he was being examined hy the board doctor he said that he was unemployed, and he was granted a supplementary pension. It wan alleged that at this time he was employed by the Labour Department. The case was heard by Air Justice Reed and a jury of twelve. Mr P. S. K. Alacassey represented the Crown, and Air A. Gray. K.C.. with whom was Air J. A. Scott, appeared for cased.
