PRIME MINISTER
THE VOYAGE HOME. The last mail from Rarotonga brings the information that the Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. F. Maseey), who on the first day or two of the journey on the s.s. Tahiti showed unmistakably the results of the severe physical and mental strain of the recent session, and for a time kept to his cabin, soon became himself, and before the Cook Islands were reached was about the decks enjoying the magnificent weather which had characterised this portion of the trip. Several hours of the Prime Minister’s days aboard were devoted to preparation for the discussions which will arise at the Conference, data in connection with which he had with him. Mr Massey was kept informed of events in the Dominion after his departure, by wireless.
