BOY MURDERS HIS FATHER. IN DEFENCE O'F MOTHER. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received February 25, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, February 23. Jean Benna, aged ,15 years, was charged at Versailles with murdering bis father. He pleaded that his father in a drunken, frenzy, threatened to kill his mother. He therefore stabbed his father to death with a knife. The youth was acquitted.
