STRICTER REGULATIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, February 24. The Executive Council has issued new regulations in regard to wine lioenses, providing that the wine must be consumed in the room of sale without partitions and where a clear view may be obtained from any position. T!l>e regulations also prohibit the employment of women other than relatives of licensees.
