LONDON, January 80The proposals to- oondense the Commandments and revise the Prayer Book induced a specially large attendance at the opening meeting of tbe Church of England National Assembly. The Primate announced that the revision could not be discussed till it had been referred to the separate sitting houses of bishops and clergy and laity.
