Tbe “Daily Telegraph’s” Rome correspondent says: “The Government has won the warm approval of the whole country for its sweeping retrenchment and reforms of the administration. .... * „ . .. “Signor Mussolmi bas consulted the Liberal leaders in view of the reassembly of Parliament on. February 6th, and reached a definite understanding for a Liberal and Fascisti collaboration, and, possibly, fusion, betokening tbe most stable Government for many years.”
