If they viojate the laws, the Government will proceed in the same way against them.’’ Mexicans attending the unveiling will he punished, and foreigners deported. He called Signor Fillipi “a pernicious foreigner.’’ It is understood >fcat Signor Fillipi will be expelled from a exico.
