Cable I sonrlsHnM (Received January 10, 7.20 p.m.) ATHENS, January 9. , A Kemplist proclamation issued at Adrianople calls on all Mussulmans between the ages of 20 and 48 to prepare to serve in the army. Foreign subjects must pay from 300 to 900 Turkish pounds to gain exemption.
