NEW POLICY OF TURKEY. SINCE PARIS FAILURE PARIS, January I. The “Petit Parisien’s” Lausanne correspondent says that the Turks are drafting a counter-treaty, which will be handed to tbe Allies after' they Have completed theirs. Since the failure at Paris the Turks are considering the-desirability of making separate treaties with the States represented at the Conference. BRITISH WARSHIPS 810 FORCE AT CTAMBOUL.
