Sir George Fuller, Premier of New South Wales, Bpeaking at a farewell, prior to his departure for London, said that hie mission was not to borrow money, hut to discuss with the Imperial Government the question of an advantageous redistribution of surplus British population, so as to make not only the outskirts of the Empire hut the Empire itself safe.
