ENVER PASHA IN BOKHARA. CONFERRING WITH BOLSHEVIKS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. DELHI, November 10. Regarding the doubts of Enver PaSha’s death in Bokhara, a Meshed correspondent telegraphs that Enver is undoubtedly alive and at present conducting a peace conference with Bolshevik representatives. Enver was offered and refused the governorship of Bokhara.
