A SERIOUS CHARGE
ALLEGED BREAKING AND EN> TERING. A young man named Joseph Terence Maher, alias Turner, appeared before Air V. G. Riddell. S.M., at the Magistrate's Court, yesterday on a charge of breaking and entering the premises of William Hyde at Rnetihj and stealing fancy goods and jewellery to a total value of £163 Is 6d. On the application of Cliief-Detectiv® Kemp, accused was reminded until September 6th, bail being allowed on substantial securities.
