OBITUARY
ME TOM rOLLARD. A Press message from Christchurch reports the death of Mr Tom Pollard, whiter many years was connected with the theatrical profession, and well-known as a producer of musical plays. Mr Pollard died after a long illness. He was head of the well-known Pollard Opera Cotnpavr of a couple of decades ago. His eldest son is_Mr J. J. Pollard, as-sociate-editor of trie ’’Southland Tunes,” feve;c,£fi;m. -
