ALLEGED DIVERSION BY WELSH MINERS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received June 28, 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, June 27. Mr C. B. Stanton, a member of the House of Commons and a supporter of the trades union measure designed to prevent union funds being used for other than trade purposes, informed the “Daily Express” that he had personally seen the balance-sheet of the Welsh Miners’ Union lodged which disclosed a money vote to the “Dublin small arms organisation.”
