AFFECTING EX-SOLDIERS. “The existing financial depression,” the finance committee reported to the War Relief Association executive yes. terday, “has rendered it quite impossible for many soldiers to meet their payments when due, and a great deal of extra work has been performed by the committee in arranging these extensions and satisfactorily recording the amended conditions appertaining to these loan accounts.”
