RUSSIAN DELEGATES ARRIVE. PLEA FOR MUTUAL CONCESSIONS. Australian arid N.Z. Cable Associatioiv (Received June 27, 8.55 p.m.) THE HAGUE, June 26. The Russian delegation of eighteen, except M. Krassin and M. Rakovsky, has arrived and is discussing organisation with the conference authorities, nl. Litvinofi intimated that tbo Russians demanded that the Allies should first discuss credits and later private property and debts could be discussed. If the Allies made concessions to Russia the Russians would make concessions to the Allies.
