ROTORUA SEAT. SIR JOSEPH WARD DECLINES TO STAND. PEB PRTBSS AfIPOCTATTOTf, ROTORUA, June 26. Messrs Clinkard, Richards and others received a letter from Sir Joseph Ward, thanking them warmly for their appreciated kindness in asking him to become a candidate for the Rotorua constituency, but, after fully considering the matter, he regretted that he could not see his way to stand.
