(Received June 2, 8.40 p.m.) ROME, June 1. The Prefect of Bolonga has issued an edict forbidding organised movements of Communists and of the Fascists from one province to another. This has led to an extraordinary ferment in Bolonga. The Fascisti, answering a general mobilisation order, are now flocking to the city, and some 30,000 are bivouacked -in the streets armed with cudgels. Their aim is to expel the Prefect beyond Romagna. Troops, have been dispatched to the scene. Signor Facta has ordered the disarming of the Fascists, who refuse to give ut> their arms. They sacked a few Socialists’ and Communists’ meeting places. ' Signor Nitti’e followers are -violently attacking the Ministry, and a political crisis is likely to ensue. ‘
