THE DIVORCE COURT
A "WIFE’S DISCOVERY. DECREE NISI GRANTED. In divorce at the Supreme Court yesterday, before His Honour Mr Jus* tice Salmond, Mr D. R. Hoggard applied for the dissolution of the marriage of Sarah Iveson and Edward James Iveson, on -ho ground of misconduct on the part of the husband. The parties, stated, counsel, iiad been living apart since January, 1021. In October last, the petitioner went to the Public Works construction camp at Donnelly’s Crossing, north of DargaviUe, where she found her husband living as man and Kite with another woman. They admitted Lo her that that waa the case, and asked her to get a divorce before February next, when the child was expected But, unfortunately, she could not do 60. Edward Iveson (eon. of the petitioner) corroborated. The case was undefended.
His Honour granted a degree nisi to be made absolute in three months, with costs on the lowest scale against the respondent.
