FLEET TO ASSEMBLE IN PACIFIC. Australian and N.Z. Cable AseoriaHow(Received April 27. 5.5 p.iu.) WASHINGTON, April 26. Senator Poindexter, a member of tho Senate Naval Committee, announced that the entire American fleet will assemble in Pacific waters this summer for a practice cruise. He indicated that action depended on getting a favourable Congressional action regarding appropriations for the Pacific naval base.
