CONFERENCE IN SECRET. A CHANCE FOR TURKEY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 24 , 9.40 p.m.) PARIS, Alarch 24. The Near East Conference decided that if Turkey accepts tho proposals she will bo admitted to the League of Nations. The proceedings at the conference are being conducted with the greatest secrecy, but it is believed that it is considering tho protection of minorities and tho Dardanelles question. It is not believed that Britain intends to interfere in any religious settlement, which will bo left to the parties concerned.
