MEAT POOL BOARD
TO MEET TO-DAY. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN. The Meat Export Control Board is to meet in Wellington to-day for the purpose of transacting preliminary businear. It will first of all proceed to the election pf a chairman. One. pf the big problems demanding early solution at the hands of the board is tlfat of the appointment of the London agency. It is understood that a gentleman completely au fait with all aspects of the meat distributing business will be appointed as the London agent of the board, and that he will have a staff of three or, four pensons to assist him.
