A DARCAVILLE TRAGEDY

FATAL DRINKING BOUT. Per Press Association. DARGAVILLE, November 1. A man named Edward Robinson died under tragic circumstances yesterday afternoon. Deceased was engaged on public works. He ceased work on October 22nd, and had been drinking at Tangiteroria. He was found in a helpless state on Sunday, and was hurried to a doctor in a oar yesterday, but died outside the doctor’s residence. At an inquest, a verdict that deceased died from the effects of excessive drinking of alcoholio liquor was returned.
