A train convoying delegates to the Third International from Moscow to Riga was wrecked, and six delegates, including Frimack ( Australian) and Hewlett (Britain), were killed. Tom Mann missed the train. ' (Received July 29, 5.5 p.m.) Hie Moscow train disaster is supposed to he due to an anti-Communist plot. Manv were injured and are in hospital at Kursk. It is assumed in London that Frfmack, the Australian, is identical with Paul Freeman.
