A TRAGIC DEATH
SPEAKER COLLAPSES AT ULLE LABOUR CONFERENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 28, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, July 2S. A delegate at the Labour Conference at Lille, after delivering a stirring speech on behalf of the moderates, in which he had to shout continually to Obtain a hearing, was apoplectically seized and died. The event had a sobering effect, the later proceedings being orderly.
