THE LATE HON. R. J. SEDDON
FIFTEENTH ANNIVERSARY OF DEATH. To-dav is the fifteenth anniversary of the 'death of the late Right Honourable R. J. Seddon, and at 9.30 a.ni. the members of the West Ooasters' Assoclntion will place on _ the national monument’ erected to his memory in Parliament grounds a laurel wreath, inscribed as follows: — “On the fifteenth anniversary of the death of the late Rt. Hon. R. ’J. Sedilon, the members of the West Coasters’ Association place this wreath on hie monument with deep affection and m grateful remembrance of his devoted services to the cause of humanity.”
