TIMARU, May 17. A fatal accident 'happened in the Albuxy coal mine this afternoon, John H. Robertson. 55 years of age, a married man, with a grown-up family, being killed by a fall of coal at a faoe. Two of his mates, who were working near him, haetened to the rescue of the deceased, but he Was dead when extricated.
