SUPREME COURT RESERVES DECISION. PEB PKESa ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, March 17. The hearing of. the action brought by a number of shareholders in the Dominion Portland Cement Company, in liquidation, against certain directors was concluded before Mr Justice Sim’ in the Supreme Court. The sum of £190,000 wae claimed for alleged misfeasance.

Counsel concluded their addresses, in the course of which legal authorities were quoted. The court reserved its decision.
