MR CHURCHILL’S EFFORTS. NATIVE ADMINISTRATION TAKES OVER. United Service Telegram. (Received. March 17, 1.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 16. The ‘‘Daily Mail’s” Cairo correspondent states that as a result of Mr Churchill’s discussions the Mesopotamian question has been settled, the Native Administration taking over affairs and organising a native sjrmy at the earliest opportunity.
