UNMISTAKABLE REJECTION OF COMMUNISTS. Australian and N.Z Cable Association PARIS, March 14. The bv-election© in the Seine Department, which is a Socialist stronghold, resulted in the return of two Government candidates, who defeated two Communists by an absolute majority of 114,864 votes. Tho Socialists apparently abstained from supporting tho Communists.
