EGYPTIAN IRRIGATION AUTHORITY’S OFFENCE. CHARGES UNFOUNDED. (Received March 13, 5.5 p.m.) CAIRO, March 12. The Supreme Court found Sir William Willcock, the irrigation authority, guiltv of criminal libel and sedition in connection wifh his charges against Sir Murdoch Macdonald of falsifying documents in regard to the Nile Irrigation Commission. The court held that the chargee were unfounded. *
