The King, the Prince of Wales, and the Duke of York attended the military meeting at Sandovvn. The Prince of Wales, despite a strenuous three days in Glasgow, broke his journey to inspect hla homes', trained by Bletehley, and after a series of morning gallops motored to Saadown. The saddest man at Sundown to-day te a race-card seller who sold a card to the Prince of Wales for 2s without recognising him. "When told who the patron was, the man searched his pockets feverishly. He found half a dozen florins, but _was unable to idem tify the Prince’s coin, which he desired to retain as a souvenir.
