GERMAN COMMISSION’S INQUIRIES. Australian .and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 12, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, March 11. The Reichstag Commission of Inquiry into the responsibility for the war declares that neither in Germany nor Austria were orders issued that could he interpreted as calls for secret mobilisation. The Commission states that it has not yet completed its inquiries into the alleged secret war preparations in Russia.
