GRUESOME DISCOVERY
SKELETON IN RIVER BED. Special to ‘‘Times.” MASTERTON, March IS. The skeleton of an unknown man, with only boots on, was found in the scrub in the Whareama river bed on Lang’s property, The Peak, yesterday. No man is reported missing. ft is believed, that the body was washed down the river in the last flood, which war seven months ago.
