AN UNOPPOSED PETITION.

In the Supreme Court on Saturday William Somerville sought divorce on the ground of desertion. The petition was not defended, and petitioner stated that there was a deed -of separation m existence, and that he ana his wite had not lived together since 1917. A decree nisi was granted.
