There 'was fine, warm weather, and a fair attendance for the fourth day of the V.R.C. autumn meeting. Tho going was was always prominent, and won the Hopeful Stakes comfortably in record race time. Canowindra made a big break early in the Gibson Carmichael Stakes, but died away in the straight. Wyndham won decisively. This is Wyndham’s second win at the meeting. The owner is Sir Samuel Hordern, of Sydney. Elurythmic won the King’s Plate easily, and received a great reception. This is Eurytlimic’s fifteenth win out of sixteen starts. Eurythmie goes to Sydney on Tuesday. Eurythmie has now won £16,699 in stakes. He ran the last mile in lmin 40seo Sonny Foy and Well Off were the pacemakers in the Nortbcote Handicap, but were beaten at the distance. Toison d’Or went to the front and won well. He is trained by Heywood, and as in the Sydney Cup with 7.4. Grand Fleet jumped badly in the Autumn Steeplechase, but was able to win Blue Cross gave J.
