HOCKEY
KARORI CLUB. The 21st aifhual meeting of the above club was held this week, when Mr A. G. Edwards presided. The report and balance-sheet . were submitted and adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows;—President, Mr B. G. H. Burn; vice-presidents, Messrs M. P. Spiers, J. Sykes, w. G. Cooper, T. Campbell, W. Roberts, L. Davies, It. Read, AV. E. D-asent, A. G. Edwards, J. Jordan; secretary and treasurer, J. Whithair; auditor, Mr C. J. Dasent; management- committee, Messrs W. Lowery, J.' Butcher, J. Tustdn, B. Lower, T. Watchman; delegates to association, Messrs Whithair and Watters; selection committee, Messrs Lewer, Butcher and Mclntosh. It was resolved that the club enter one senior and junior team in the competitions. Ten new members were elected, and present, members were urged to get as many new members as possible.
