MURDERS CONTINUE OPPONENTS *TO SINN FEIN PAY THE PENALTY. COMMONER ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright (Received March 10, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 9. Two men were found shot in a country lane at Aughaboy, Monahan, with cards on iheir breasts in_scril>ed: “Tried, convicted, and executed by trie 1.R.A.” One body was identified as Francis MePhillips, who was living with his mother and six sisters. MiPhillips was taken out of bed at 4 a.m. and shot by six men. Another youth was found tied to a gate, labelled: “Too young to be shot.” Two ex-army men with excellent war records, who were missing for two days from Thurles, were found in a. field .with a card pinned on their bodies inscribed: “Spy.” McCabe, the Sinn Fein member of the House of Commons for Sligo, has been arrested, disguised as a cattle dealer.
