GOVERNMENT’S POLICY OUTLINED. By Telegraph—Prftw As«n.—-Copyright PERTH, January 29. Tho Premier, in opening the election campaign, outlined the Government’s policy. It aimed at reducing the deficit; special encouragement would he given to co-operative efforts for the production of all food required in tho State and for industrial development generally. Tho Government would endeavour to prevent profiteering, and to secure the untrammelled maintenance of the Arbitration Courts for the settlement of industrial disputes.
