OHIXO-JAPANESE MILITARY PACT Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 29, 5.5 p.m.) SHANGHAI, January 28. The Chinese and Japanese military and naval authorities at Pekin have signed an agreemont abolishing the Cnino-Japanese military pact. Notes will be exchanged on Saturday by the Chinese Foreign Minister and the Japanese Minister officially declaring tne abrogation (which will be. final) of the Jact signed m 1918 providing for Ohinoapaneso military co-operation against enemy penetration in East Siberia for the duration of the war.
