A, Souter was ordered to pay Veitch and Allan £9 2s by February 10th, in default seven- days’ imprisonment. F. H. Washbourne is to pay Jenkins and Mack, Ltd., £l3 15s Id by February 10th, or to go to gaol for seven days. J. Vickers was ordered to pay H.- E. Partridge and Co. £l4 Us Id by February 10th, in default seven days* imprisonment. TENEMENT CASE®. Richard Norman Ruby was ordered to give -up possession of premises to W. Simonds by March 11th. Mary Christie to give up possession of premises to the trustees of the estate of the late J. M. Richards by February 28th. Alexander Sutherland to give up premises to Gilbert C. Noble by February 28th, and to pay £1 12s costs. Thomas Lackey to give up -possession of premises to W. Boneham by February 28th. Mrs A. Pearce to give up possession of premises to Catherine McEnroe and others by February 28th, and to pay £2B rent and £4 12s costs.
