MATRIMONY
"THE CURSE AND THE CURE." Tho above formed tho subject of two stirring messages which have been given bv Mr William Bradley, on Monday and Tuesday evenings of this week, in tha Town Hall concert chamber. Last Mi- Bradley spoke on "The Cure, the former address having dealt with ±ne Curse." The positive and negative sides of matrimony wcro dealt with by the campaigner, and, bein E a dynamic speaker, with a forceful message, MiBradley won his way to tho hearts ot hie hearers. He attacked fearlessly the prevailing laxity which he believed was threatening to undermine tho sanctity ot homo and tho sacredness of matrimony. Just as in antediluvian days, and again in Hom-an times, nations had been brought down to the dust through immorality, so ho believed .that the future could not but bo tear unless wo in these days "took a pull and cleaned up our ways. With fecrapture quotations, and illustrations iroin ha* porsonal expnrienco, Mr Braaloj told in no uncertain tones of the life which was in. everv sense the ideal homo and family "life—tho hfo resulting from a marriage of two 'whoso engagement was of God." and who knew partnership with God in their everyday transactions. . ' ' To-night's meeting is advertised to be held in the Baptist Church, Vivian street, when Mr Bradley will speak on "Tho Climax." To-morrow evening, in the Town Hall concert chamber, tho topic will be "Tho Invincible Life. '. All who desire the closing meetings of the campaign to bo the best, are specially invited to be present at to-night 6 meeting.
