The Premier drew attention to tho fact that a deputation representing annuitants recently waited upon .him, and in reply to representations made he stated that the Government fully realised the position, and was desirous of doing something/ to. assist; :espcciallj in the case of , the-lo^^id, pensioners. It was impossible,vhowover, ;to arrive at a definite .decision at present.
