HIT BY FALLING SUGAR PRICES (Received October llth, 12.30 a.m.) HAVANA, October 10th. Due to falling sugar prices, tho International Bank pf (Cuba, .with a capitalization of ten million dollars, has provisionally suspended payments. Depositors with other banks, taking fright, have also made large withdrawals. The Havana Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended operations-.
