The Ambassadors’ Conference has warned Germany that further delay beyond October 10th for reducing the military forces in East Prussia would be refused. BERLIN, October 8. In accordance with the demand of ■* the Entente Powers, the militarily organised Prussian police have been dis. banded and replaced by local civil "police, numbering . 85,000.
