FOR HOMELESS BOYS
-TO-MORROWS BIG MATINEE. . The monster matinee in aid of the funds for the Anglican Boys* Home is announced for to-day, Friday, at 2.30 in the King's Theatre. The free use of the theatre has been generously granted by Mr E. J. Righton, managing director the the New Zealand /Picture Supplies. An exceptionally attractive and lengthy'programme.has been arranged, which will comprise items by the pupils of dancing school, Fullers' Nine Wonders, dances by Ethel. Partridge, .little May Cameron, Betty Car, Manoya Wilson, Phyllis Oliver, Ida Searle, Mr Theo. Trczise,. and Miss E. Marmont will also dance and Masters Jack MeGill and Richard Maunder will sing. The performance, one of' pictures and music,' has been arranged by the ladies' auxiliary of the Anglican Boys' Home in their elforts to raise funds for the institution. Home-made 'sweets and flowers will be on sale,' and during the interval Dr. How will give a unique' demonstration of flowermaking from sugar. Popular prices nro b«*in» charged, and such an appeal is bound to meet with _ the approval and support of the public.
