A PRESS PROPOSAL
INTERCHANGE OF EDITORS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. TORONTO, August 12. Lord Burnham (proprietor of the ''London Daily Telegraph"), in a speech, advocated the exchange of newspaper editors between tho United States and England. He said that several British journals already approved of this principle, and resolutions in favour of it had been passed. A plan for the exchange of editors between Australia, England and Canada, ho said, was likely to bo carried out.
