MINISTERS CHARGED WITH CORRUPTION. Australian and N.Z, Cable Association. TOKIO 1 , July 23. -Renewed charges of official corruption, involving the .Ministers Takahashi, Yamamoto, and Nakahakhi, were presented in the Diet, with a demand for a - complete investigtion, lest the consequences become serious. The charges are accompanied by a commercial agency's report showing the shares held in the names of the sons and wives of Ministers at the end of 1919, compared with those held in 1920, and showing that shares wora held prior to the recent slump
