SALES OF N.Z. PRODUCE
BROKERAGE CHARGES. Tho question of brokerage on sales of Now Zealand produce effected in Sydney was recently considered by the New South. Wales Grain and Produce Brokers’ Association, and as a result of such deliberation, uniform rates on sales made by members were fixed os follow;—Grain, If per cent.; potatoes, onions, and other root crops, 2i per cent.; chaff, 2} per cent; seeds, per cent. This information _ has been communicated by the association to the council of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, with a request that merchants in the district bo advised.
